The Biggest IPO In History Drops FRIDAY — Here's Everything You Need To Know
Description
SpaceX ($SPCX) officially hits the Nasdaq THIS FRIDAY and the numbers are absolutely insane. Investor demand has hit over $250 billion against a $75 billion offering — meaning the deal is approaching 4x oversubscribed. Long-only institutional funds are pouring in sizable orders, billions of dollars are expected to flood the space sector on opening day, and I'll be LIVE-streaming it all.
In this video, I break down the 4 biggest stories surrounding the SpaceX IPO:
The 4x oversubscription and what that means for Friday's open
The Terafab — a new factory 10x bigger than Tesla's Gigafactory in Austin
AI1 — SpaceX's orbital data center satellite was announced on June 8th
Google's reported ~$1B/month deal with SpaceX for compute
I also put in an order for 25 shares at $135 on SoFi — we'll see if it fills!
LIVE STREAM this Friday for the $SPCX open — come watch the chaos with me.

Kind: captions Language: en How's it guys? Bringing you a brand new video about SpaceX. There's a lot of huge news pouring in as the IPO comes out on Friday. Around 10:00 in the morning, I think is when the ticker starts to trade. Real quick, I want to talk about this. It's pretty huge. They're approaching four times the over subscribed amount. And real quick, that's just basically for every share available, there's about four people trying to get it, which is insane numbers. There is just millions and millions and millions of dollars going to be pouring in to the market on Friday in terms of SpaceX and probably just that sector as a whole. I'm going to briefly go over all these articles and I'll link them all in the description below, but there's a lot of good information here. And all this came out within the past week or so, but yeah, there's lots of good stuff here and just overall for the SpaceX IPO. I'll be live streaming that day, like I said. Just to kind of watch and see what happens cuz it's going to be an absolutely insane day. I think a lot of the red days we've had in the past week are people kind of taking money out just to have cash on hand for this sector and just kind of this IPO day that's opening up. This next article I have is the new factory Elon wants to open up just for SpaceX and this thing they plan on it being massive. I believe one of the key points was it's 10 times bigger than their mega factory in Texas, the one in Austin, I believe, which is already huge. Um And a lot of things about what's happening right now is it's not like a lot of these things are, you know, 10-15 years away. Like a lot of these things are happening now or they're happening within the next few years. They're rapidly approaching, which is good for investors. They like to check those boxes off and kind of see how how things are going. Another thing I wanted to bring out on the um in terms of the SpaceX IPO is that the big money is coming in. Long only funds are putting money down Uh and saying that they're they're having sizable orders, which is nice to see when long money comes in. So, people aren't trying to, you know, make a quick buck, but when they're pouring millions dollars in in terms of long positions, it really helps boost the stock up. And like I said, there's going to be billions of dollars pouring this pouring into this on Monday, or not Monday, but Friday. And it's going to be just crazy for all the sectors involved and all the different stocks involved. So, again, it's going to be insane. Um as other here I have this is the orbital data center. This was announced on June 8th. So, I believe that was as I'm recording this just yesterday. And again, this this is something that's reality. It's something that's happening now. It's not again, it's not 3 or 5 years away. It's something that's within the realm of possibility here real soon. And the fact that he says it's much simpler than the Starlink satellite is insane because there are already thousands of these Starlink satellites in orbit. So, if it's much simpler than putting those into orbit, which they do, you know, weekly, it seems it's it's right down the pipeline. It's going to be happening soon. And another thing I wanted to cover too is this came out last week was that Google signed about a $1 billion um deal with SpaceX per month. So, it's about $12 billion um a year. Of course, that's rounding up. Um to use their uh their graphics cards and their their data centers basically. And again, all this information is going to be in these articles, but I kind of just wanted to briefly bring all four of these key points together because Friday again, it's going to be huge. I can't I can't begin to stress that. Um a lot of crazy things are going to be happening on Friday just in this this realm. And I just had to make a quick video about it. But uh yeah, again, tune in on Friday. I'll be live streaming for a couple hours to see how this this goes. Just to see different different space sector stocks, different plays. I put in an order on SoFi for 25 shares. Um a $135. So, I don't I don't have high hopes on those going through. I doubt they will, honestly. If they do, that'd be pretty cool. But, I'm definitely going to be holding those for the long term. But, we'll watch and see if those go through. I'll just watch and see what happens that day. But, yeah. Thanks for watching, guys. Bye.
